Playing a single player gave as a devouring swarm in the 2.2.2 test patch. Just conquered a planet and the pops are being purged, but no food is being produced. I noticed this during the war, as I would expect the food production to happen as soon as I capture the planet. Thought maybe it would start after the war, but it seemed to still be glitched that point.
