With the upcoming changes to theocracy reform tiers they will become a lot more interesting. But their government currency devotion doesnt really interact with your religion if you arent Catholic/protestant.

Catholic currently gains +1 yearly papal influence

Protestant/Anglican/ soon Hussite benefit from +12,5% church power gain

I suggest adding similar effects for other faiths

Reformed +1 monthly fervor

Orthodox +0,5% yearly patriarch authority

Confucian +0,5 yearly harmony

Buddhist faiths 1% karma decay

Muslim +/- 0,1% monthly piety

Inti +10% authority growth

Nahuatl -10% doom gain

For other faiths I have no idea. Maybe someone else does or they could gain something generic like +1 tolerance of the true faith.

Having all faiths interact with devotion would make theocracies more interesting to play. If possible even add some more theocracies that arent catholic or make the ai more likely to reform into one as a tribe. I have never seen a tribe become a theocracy.

Judaism could convert it into a extra monarch point gain of sorts, given how intellectualised they tend to be. Or maybe in addition to the passive +2 Tolerance of the True faith there could be a extra +1 passive bonus for average Devotion and a +2 bonus for high Devotion. Big numbers, but Judaism is wildly community driven, at least since the Diaspora.

Shinto would be expected to deal with some sort of stability bonus, but given the divinity of the Emperor, if a Shinto nation turns into a theocracy Devotion and Prestige would be sort of the same thing in a way, so Isolationism could be influenced outside of the major events perhaps. This is a tricky one. Maybe just giving more Tolerance of True Faith or Tolerance in general?

Tengri would probably borrow the feature of whatever faith they are attached to, but being a theocracy I have no idea what and how that makes sense. Or a yearly bonus to Army Tradition maybe?

The assorted Buddhists are also complicated because aside from Tibet, their theocracies tend to be very small and regional. I guess karma decay reduction is the best way to settle it.

Sikh should add some passive or yearly bonus to Discipline to complement their passive bonus to Morale.

Norse should affect trade, but I have no idea how. Inflation reduction?

Zoroastrianism has similar issues to Shinto. Given the whole Persian history, maybe having a high Devotion value would increase your Prestige if it is low, instead of your low Prestige draining Devotion?

A Coptic theocracy could make a relation between Devotion value and the cost of losing or gaining provinces after a war, even if by a tiny fraction.

The Totemic, Fetishist and Animist faiths are in a terrible position for anything at all, sadly.

And those are the ones I could think of.
