I uploaded RC5. Just like RC4 it does not differ in any real way from the official release by Lennartos. But as the official release aims to be perfectly true to the steam version this means that this official release still contains many unused files including those that i deleted in 1.09. In any case the checksum is of course the same.

Some tyding up of the steam version may be one of the first thing in the development of 1.12. I may or may not choose to publish a RC6 or even more sets containing still fewer unused files.

Any real changes however will have to wait till 1.12.

2. open the second "albania.csv" strg copy all
3. go to "afghanistan.csv" copy in and save, please don't forget to save

and so on with algeria, angola etc., please don't forget to save

Steam ändert automatisch auf die jeweils neuste offizielle Version des Spiel, seit wenigen Tagen also 1.11. Der hier im Forum verfügbare Patch richtet sich also an alle anderen.
 
Bei Steam unter Betas kann man auch die alten Versionen 1.07 und 1.10 auswählen. Es gibt allerdings kein erzwungenes Upgrade von 1.11 Experimental auf die aktuelle offizielle Version.
I don't have steam version of AoD, but this actually sounds quite cool. Can you choose 1.08 too (AFAIK it included some hardcode)?
 
I uploaded RC6.

I finally identified the cause for the faulty carrier animation for any version not based on steam. To fix the problem 11+11 old files from August 2010 need to be deleted and 11+11 new files need to be added.

The official 1.11 release by Lennartos does already contains the proper 11+11 files and does not contain the wrong 11+11 files. In my RC5 it was the the other way around. That was because 1.10 does contain the wrong files and my 1.11 RC5 is based on 1.10. Effectively every version not based on steam does contain the wrong 11+11 files. They must be deleted, because they prevent the proper files from being used. That is also why i did not identify the cause of the problem until now.

PS: 1.12 set 28 will also contain the proper 11+11 files.
