There ought to be a development page in the ledger whith more or less the same information as in the development window (except you can chose to sort them by any of the diffrent numbers). Again seems like something that should've been added along with the development system.
Also the possible colonies page in the ledger should show the total development and the three diffrent kinds not just basetax like it does now.
