All of this talk about the role play side and the strategy side of the game being different entities finally made me realize why, in my opinion, these past dlcs feel so disjointed. You guys are not consolidating the two aspects of the game!
You shouldn't make a role play dlc without thinking of the strategy side like the still quite unbalanced "Way of Life" just like you shouldn't do a strategy dlc like the reducer of player interaction "Conclave" without thinking of the role play side of the game!
You guys could have made dlcs that could merge these two aspects into one! Like a Crusades dlc with both Role Play between the crusaders and new Strategy elements.... but I guess a dlc with more diseases and events is not bad... after all, I will probably still buy it...
