Now that's a fair explanation, thank you for posting it. Although it still seems really odd. Anyway I just want to have the game installed at last
What does the Teddy Bear Icon represent?

Spirit of Ceauşescu wanders around Europe:rofl::rofl:say it isn't so: romania 1936 has the flag with the emblem that the communists added after 1948 in the middle... nooooooooooooo....
quick question regarding flags and such: why not implement the same thing as in vicky where u could have the flag changed by events?? ... or even the name (the soviet union turning back into the russian empire if the right party comes to power, romania becoming the people's republis of romania, then the socialist republic of romania - if the game would go that far in time, which i doubt)
Map issues aside (I won't bring it up again, I swear), I have a question regarding the reserve divisions.
How much time does it take for the mobilisation of a division to take place, and is it influenced by being in a state of war and/or laws? I know that reserve divisions stil have to be reinforced afterwards, but I am talking about the initial delay from ordering mobilisation of reserve division to that division showing up on the map.

Hm... is this true? The division IS already on the map before mobilisation. It's a division with a cap on its strength, then the cap is removed when mobilising and the division reinforces.

As I understood the system, reserve divisions are in some kind of pool off map until the mobilisation. I could be mistaken.

In other word, we can produce and deploy a regular or reserve division but has not full strength at peace time and strenthened at war time in general. Am I understand correctly?
When a war is declared, the strengh limit of reserve divisions is removed and the soldiers necessary for completing the division is taken in the MP pool.

Small detail, the strength limit isn't removed when war is declared but by changing the mobilization laws (which is easier during war)![]()
*The hand* picture, does it means how many manpower are in brigade?
