Sweating sickness epidemics of the 15th Century. Flu like symptoms, sweating then dead in less than 24hrs by sweating to death.

Off hand, I can't think of any. By the looks of things most of the ones that'd be of note are either already in the game or will be added by the DLC.

Herpes might be one to mention (if so, it could include amusing events like "It's just a cold sore, I swear!") and it's apparently been with humans for quite some time in a more or less recognisable form.

Didn't know about that one. Still, it might be a bit harsh when it comes to gameplay, sudden death for half the population. Might be fun though.

My understanding from looking at the event text is that, while being lustful makes you easier to seduce, so do being kind and honest, and being deceitful makes you less likely to fall for words of love, though I think it makes you more likely to fall for lewd suggestions.

Thanks, I thought honest would mean they would be much more likely to stay loyal. I don't know why kind would mean a character is more likely to stray, I suppose they're being kind to the seducer...
Trusting would make more sense, falling for those honeyed words and promises.
What about the high opinion of their spouse modifier that they mentioned in the latest patch? what's the limit?

For gameplay, it shouldn't be as contagious as say the "Black Death" but having it in would give the player a certain pucker factor.

Eh, just spitballing. But there's a lot more opportunity than just disease events and find a doctor events (Not saying that's all you've done, btw.)

Of course not, there's also all the Glitterhoof MD events.

Since counselors and minor titles are now tabbed, can you guys please put commanders on a separate tab? It seems odd to have a a minor title tab with check boxes that take up precious vertical real estate when so much horizontal real estate is available.

Please create more event pictures to reduce repetitiveness. Lighten up the clinical nature of illness events by illustrating images relevant to the symptoms and treatment of the malady at hand such as bloody stool, vomit, leeches, drawn blood, swollen limbs, dirty surgical tools, etc.
