Suggestion:
Please Add a column for "culture" in the Develop Province Interface. In this column, place the culture of provinces and color code them as to whether they are Primary (Green), Accepted (Darker Green), Non-accepted (red).

Why:
When i have some spare book or sword mana to use, it is inefficient for me to upgrade provinces with non-accepted cultures. If I don't recognize the province's culture, I end up having to look for it and seeing what culture it is which adds to the micro-managing of the game. It would be helpful to in that screen to tell me what culture I'm developing.

Suggestion:
Add a small mark somewhere on the same screen screen as to whether or not it's a overseas/trade company. To save space, If it's a trade company, I know it's overseas... so they can occupy the same slot on the interface, just have trade company on a higher priority than overseas.

Why:
I could care less about the tax/manpower of overseas provinces. Knowing on that screen which is an overseas/trade company makes my life easier. I only worry about them if I have spare bird mana to use.

Suggestion:

Speaking of bird mana, add the icon for the trade good the province produces by the name.

Why:
If I have spare bird mana, and I have a choice between upgrading chinaware and grain for the same cost... it's helpful to actually know about it :p

Suggestion:

If all of these additions are made the interface may be a bit cramped. If so, you can save space by combining the button for "upgrade" for each type with the current development for each type.

Why:

This should reduce the amount of stuff on the screen :)
