You know you are writing German when you have to make even swear words agree with with the noun they modify.

Sry to correct you a second time there, but Götz von Berlichingen said: "Er kann mich am Arsch lecken!" In german, you lick "at" somebodies ass, not "in" it.
Also for ass it is only "Arsch" in german. There is no "e" at the end of the word Arsch.
So if you want to write it completely right, it would be the " Küss meinen Arsch- Division"

There's actually no "correct" version for this. While it's really conjectural what von Berlichingen really said (if at all), the "im Arsche" version is just what Goethe wrote in his slightly antiquated German. So while you're right about modern German usage, you can quote Götz either way without really being wrong.

Hm, ok.
But does that also count for the name, german soldiers gave the Division in the 2nd world war? I would assume, that they more probably said "Küss meinen Arsch- Division".
But i may be wrong...

I know that the 6. Fallschirmjäger who held some grudges against the 17. SS after Carentan only refered to it as "Leck mich am Arsch" Division.

Hi Paradox, uhm last friday i installed the beta of Steel division, and when i went to my battlegroups I see every division there wil come to the game
