About the Battle for Castle Itter there is also a Sabaton's song, same name of the book posted up.
It's been reported already ... and stated that it was being fixed.STUG IV in game doesnt look like STUG IV in reality.
Only after we've convinced Tarantino to make a movie about Léo Major ...Castle Itter needs to be a movie. For some reason I think it would be great if Wes Anderson directed it.
It seems they have "sung" them all ...About the Battle for Castle Itter there is also a Sabaton's song, same name of the book posted up.
No, they hadn't received any by June 1944.Question: Why does the Pz.Gren.Div. has no Halftrucks ? Historical they had those.
I would be interested to hear an official statement regarding this. Do you look at the whole normady campaign when making decisions over divisional equipment or do you look at a specific date (for example prelanding)? Or is it an act as one may see fit?No, they hadn't received any by June 1944.
It didn't even have enough trucks to move all its infantry, some companies had to be moved ... on bicycles!

@EUG_MadMat
Will Panzer-Lehr be the only German division with Tigers? I understand them being the only division with King Tigers, but I think it would be a shame if only a single German division had access to heavy tanks... did at least one of the other German divisions in the game have access to a heavy tank battalion with Tigers?
Very informative, thank you.sPz.Abt 503(with Tiger I & Tiger II's) arrived in Normandy at the beginning of July and operated with the 16th Luftwaffefeld division and the 21.Pz division. When the 21.Pz division took over the Caen sector on the 8th July sPz.Abt 503 was attached to Pz Regt.22 of the 21.Pz division. It was still attached to the 21st Pz throughout July, e.g. during Operation Goodwood and on into August.
sSs Pz. Abt.101 fought with the 12th SS 'Hitlerjugend' throughout the Normandy campaign.
sSS PZ.Abt.102 went into action on 9th July and was attached to the 10th SS Pz Div. 'Frundsberg' and was employed as a substitute for it's missing Panther battalion.
Very informative, thank you.
12. SS don't get any heavy tanks, though, do they? Not in the beta, anyway.
I suppose we'll have to wait for the 21. Panzer then, and of course the Panzer-Lehr.
That seems likely given that he is a pre-order 'Ace' unit.Have to admit I'm surprised that the 12th SS 'Hitlerjugend' didn't get any, especially as sSS Pz.Abt. 101 was Michael Wittmanns unit, unless they're holding them back on purpose.
They said it's just a skin. Which is strange, where will be the skin applied? That seems likely given that he is a pre-order 'Ace' unit.
Perhaps 12. SS will get Tigers at release. They said it's just a skin. Which is strange, where will be the skin applied?

The 12SS had no Tigers at all, only Panthers and Pz.IV and Stugs.
Let’s focus today on the sole official German mechanized division fielded in Normandy, the “Iron Fist Division”: 17. SS-Panzergrenadier-Division ‘Götz von Berlichingen‘.
