Can we get a clarification in the updated re. AI more likely to build titan and colossus shipyards? Does that mean the AI will produce titans and jugs?

Yeah, currently FP xenophage purge doesn't work with mods but that could be a problem with the mods themselves.
But one thing I've noticed is that when you xenophage purge mods you do not always get it converted but instead it just gets purged the ordinary way. Is this by design?
