Hi Everyone, just a quick note that we've updated the 2.2.6 build on stellaris_test beta branch with a few more fixes. I've update the patch notes in the OP in yellow to show the new items, but I'll summarize them here for convenience as well:

* Rogue Servitors start with another Nexus District
* Rogue Servitor complex drone output bonus from each Bio-Trophy was not being displayed due to lack of decimals showing, this is fixed
* AI will not build nanite transfusers without nanitie income or build more than 2 per planet
* Fixed script checking wrong resource for automated sector upgrading to research lab lvl 3
* Fixed Prethoryn purging primitives at an incorrect, too-slow rate
* Fixed the planet screen being cut off on the left side of the screen on certain resolutions
* Fixed empires in federations wrongly budgeting for Federation fleet ships as part of their own navy, and thus underdeveloping their own fleets
* Fixed a crash when gifting planets to a vassal
* Fixed a situation where replacing a district temporarily adds to the maximum numbers of built districts, as if you were building a new district
* Speed demon event will add the red/green traits even if your species is very strong/adaptive
* Fixed planets under colonization suffering low stability events
* Fixed Crisis purging yet again (for a galaxy-threatening menace they sure seem easy to dissuade from their mission of doom)

If it goes well over the weekend we'll look to make 2.2.6 the official live version next week.

thank you guys for being diligent and detailed, and giving a lot of effort, in patching the game full 3 months after DLC release!

Stellaris is getting better every day :)

Suggestion: as you can prioritise jobs with left-click now, it would be cool if you could de-prioritise with right-click, or a similar Shift-, ALT-, or CTRL-click behaviour. Then you don't have to expand the Stratum just to depriotise, and can just stay on the "simple overview" window and manage everything there.
You would usually only prioritize for one Stratum (the lowest you have manpower issues in). Because all jobs above that will propably be filled anyway.
And then there is the "restore jobs" option.

The only exceptions I can think of is a Servile/Nerve Stapeled Race.
Yes, but what if you want to prioritise one job, and also don't care so much about another job? Sure, it's easy to expand the stratum and make your adjustments, but it's easier to do it all without having to expand the Stratum. That's all my suggestion really was about.

Seems like Machine Empires don't want to work on research jobs. I'm using mods btw plus Glavius's Mod. So I guess its from the mods or the game itsself?
You are using a total rework mod that is propably not yet updated to the many miniscule 2.2.6 changes.
So yes: It is the mods!

I think the concern is not that Paradox will *stop* fixing bugs, but that they will go back to adding them faster than they remove them.

I think Daniel's recent comments should put everyone at ease. The next update is planned in a way that will let them focus on addressing some of the issues raised by all of you, while adding some new content. The team will need a little time before they can start showing what's coming next, but I think that once the dev diaries start rolling out, it'll be clear that the feedback listed here isn't being sidelined or forgotten.

While I can appreciate your sentiment, and from @grekulf 's comments it sounds like the next DLC is either is story pack or "picture pack", like plantoids, which would require less developer time and more artist and content scripter time so the devs could focus on bug-squishing, I think a large number of us were really hoping to see a "successful" patch before finding out that there was already a DLC on the horizon.

And yes, I know that wasn't realistic and honestly there was a DLC planned before Megacorp shipped (because honestly as a business you should ALWAYS have a future plan in place!). But to admit out loud that work has shifted to it (even from team members that honestly have nothing left to do on 2.2.6) is a "bad tasting" message when 2.2 is still only 85% functional. (The current 2.2.6 as of yesterday is nice though. It's getting there!)

I guess that's the problem with the post-2.2 communications. The mood of the Paradox consumer has been gauged entirely wrong and instead of trying to improve it the team keeps poking the bear with sharp sticks.

Seconded!

That or silicon organisms. Which would be awesome, but would probably require their own expansion, like Synthetic Dawn.

I just synthetics ascension using Lokken Mechanist Preset Empire, I'm glad that AI Right were already fixed and could be employ ruler Class but I still have problem to prevent overcrowd since I couldn't really resettle Pops since Egalitarian Faction will be unhappy also Robot and Synthetics with Citizen Rights for some reason couldn't immigrate into another world even though they have Citizen Right just Like Organics.

also since I couldn't use Cease Robot Assembly and Discourage Planetary Growth only work on Organics not Synthetics I really have a bad time with Overcrowding please fix this as well.

spiritualist Empire and Fallen Empire sure really hate me since im Materialist and Souless Machine Lol.

also for some reason I didn't receive Positive Opinion Modifier for Consecrating Spiritualist Fallen Empire's Holy World.

is this another bug or removed feature just like Materialist Fallen Empire Minus Modifier toward researching Dangerous technology and Picking Psionic Ascension for contact with Shroud cause they afraid of "The End".

P.S. I didn't use any mods.

Robotic pops have never been able to migrate, whatever their situation is. Dunno why this is.

What you need to do is go into Policies, turn Population Controls on. Your Egalitarian faction will whine, but screw them. Let the totalitarianism flow through you.

Hmm, they should still like you. How did you consecrate specifically? You played as a Spiritualist, got the Consecrarted Worlds perk, consecrated one of their Holy Worlds with the decision, right?

As for Materialist FE and the End of the Cycle, have they ever been upset about psionics?

Yeah, no, I just had the same problem in a game. Spawned right next to the spiritualist fallen empire, took Consecrated Worlds, and declared Emerald Mausoleum to be a holy world. Was a bit surprised to not see them like me more because I thought that was a thing.
