So this has been identified as a problem:
“Currently the AI will not build starbase modules or starbase buildings, though it will allocate funds for Starbases. As such, it's common for the AI to have up to 10000 minerals devoted to starbases that it will never spend.”
Any speculation as to how things got released in that state?
* Master Builders now only gives +50% megastructure build speed (down from +100%) but increases the size of any Habitats owned by that empire from 12 to 15 (retroactively applied on any habitats of size <15 built before taking the perk or later conquered by the empire with Master Builders)
I dunno, people call me one occasionally and that seems like the case to me
Anyway, I'm sure I could scroll back and read it but I'm super tired right now. What's the bug? Error log errors? Weapons don't fire? Minerals don't get spent? All 3?
I'd very much like to do this but there is no "2.0.2" optionPlease note that save game compatibility with earlier versions is not 100% guaranteed, and some fixes listed above may only work with a new game. If you are in an important game that you want to finish and the new version interferes with that in some way, you can roll back to a previous version like this:
Steam library -> Right click on Stellaris -> Properties -> Betas tab -> select the version you want to roll back to.

In fact, last time I attempted to make someone into a vassal as Driven Assimilator, the game straight up didn't give me the QB for it. Demanded vassalisation, went to war screen, only thing there is Assimilate.@Jamor Is the Domination tree going to be replaced for them later on? Assimilators don't have any real use for subjects.

I just want to confirm this bug. I disabled my AI mods and ran the game on observer mode for 40 years. The AI will only build one shipyard in their starter starport but then never buy a single module anywhere else ever.
It looks like your localisation problems haven't been solved though.Some localisation problems has been solved, but not each. Still I see some problems in my polish version.

I have the same issueI have no weapon effects, no weapon sounds and all XL weapons have been replaced with placeholders (a colored box) since this update . No mods are activated.
