I know this discussion is already over but I feel the devs still need to be defended. If you read the original patch notes and/or Wiz's twitter you would know how accommodating the team is for colour blindness.

It took them less than three days to change the hyperlane colour after feedback so in this case you should give them the benefit of the doubt. If a person is not themself colour blind or around colour blind people it is entirely understandable that it would not be a constant consideration.
On the other hand, that could have been a lesson for them to pay more attention to accessibility, instead they forgot about it already.

So habitat building have all been nerved, and now their influence cost is increased, and they aren't necessary anymore for ring worlds. Not sure why I would ever want to build them now.

There are still a couple of reasons for tall empires (e.g. xenophobe isolationists):

1. You might run out of stuff to build before you get Mega Engineering for Galactic Wonders.

2. You might still need a sink for excess minerals/influence even when chain-building ringworlds with Master Builders.

3. You might eventually run out of systems for ringworlds - habitats can also be build in systems with habitable planets.

But yeah, they are more now a fringe case for specific play styles and are no longer spammed by everyone. The new general goal for all empires is now Galactic Wonders with the inclusion of ringworlds for unlimited value.

I understand advocating for people with disabilities, but there are better ways to go about it than saying the developers are trolls.

Obviously they did not use the same shade of red as the last time. Anybody with actual colourblindness having problems with the current game shade, as in, you look at it and don't just read "red" in the changelog? You know, actually ask whether there is a problem before cueing outrage?

Please, make it so that your subjects CANNOT make claims when you bring them to war! I'm surprised this hasn't been fixed yet. It is very frustrating to declare a war to make an empire my tributary/vassal, and one of my existing vassals makes a buttload of claims on said empire's territory. And so, I now have to get a whole bunch of extra occupation (on territory that I don't even want) just so I don't have the "demanding unoccupied systems" negative modifier to surrender acceptance. Plus, the subject I just made is now WEAKER because my existing vassal gobbled up a bunch of their territory. Subservient subjects should not be allowed to go over the heads of their overlords and make war demands. PLEASE fix this soon as it makes subjugation war a true nightmare, especially with the return of forced status quo. Not to mention, this makes any war with vassals at your side a nightmare, as you can't really "choose only the systems you want" because your vassals will just make their own demands (which you have to fight for whether you want to or not).

FTL inhibitors now have different frames (regular, dark red, green) depending on whether their owners are hostile or allied to you, which should make it more immediately apparent when a FTL inhibitor in a system is actually blocking your progress

Nice trolling of people with colourblindness....
Alternatively no need to behave like a socially awkward tat (and other things which I can't call you without breaking forum rules) and point out how red/blue would be a better implementation, exactly how they did with hyperlane indicators.

People of paradox, hear my plea.
Can we have an indication that we are trading with enclaves, maybe throughout mousing over the monthly production.
Sometimes I forget that I'm trading. :D
Regards.

I don't get this one:
Does this refer to displacement? Because that took ages already
I think it does refer to displacement, but forced migration has 2 parts.
#1 pops migrate as with regular migration, which doesn't take 5 years per pop (like extermination), if there's an empire to migrate to
#2 ONE pop migrates (sic: disappears) every 12.5 years even if there's no empire to accept them.

@SacoMato Click on your empires logo at Top Left of the screen. Look at current effects. If there is something called "trading deal" --> you are trading.

AI is now able to extract resources from sectors

Interesting; I didn't even realize the AI created/used sectors at all. Nice list of changes!

All of the updates look really exciting except for the war exhaustion. I think bringing back war exhaustion forced peace is really bad cause the upkeep of the ships, having bad relationships so you cant get into federations or being seen as a threat cause youre big so they group up, etc. Theres plenty of nerfs and that look realistic but how does it look if im forced into peace by you if youre weaker than me.

Please give us the checkbox at the start of the game of setting wether we would being able to force peace on war exhaustion.

The rest of the update looks really promising thanks for the post release support.
