There is a separate logistics map mode I believe. Next to the ground/air/naval interface buttons top right, five smaller icons. One looks like an open crate (of supplies)?

Ammount of supplies and fuel is pretty important info - which should always be visible to player - like it was in HoI3.

Interesting, it hasn't even made it to alpha, from the sounds of it.

Indeed. This game is still Alpha/pre-Alpha.

Q2 is basically a wash-out, and realistically at this point we're talking maybe Q3 2015/Q1 2016. Why? Because a decent Beta takes around 3-6 months (or has in other Paradox games), meaning the chance of this being done by the end of Q2 is very low. Paradox have previously stated that they won't release their games in Q4 because then they would be up against the Christmas launches of the big-name companies, so missing the Q3 window basically puts things back to Q1 2016.

Of course, some people will want to get angry about this, because they see a release date that was predicted to the nearest quarter as a promise of sorts. Personally I think the "it'll be done when it's done" attitude the best one - we've seen games that were released before they should have been, and it wasn't a pretty sight.

I think mid to late Q3 sounds the most probable. However I think they would rather release it in say October as well than waiting for 3 months more for a release.

Going into Q4 wouldn't be a problem for me. From May to October I better enjoy the weather and stay outside with friends than playing computer games that much

Who says there is going to be such a stockpile? It could be non-existent like the resource stockpiles, or it could be limited to the capacity of your supply network (so only consisting of supplies en route or within a division stockpile)

Ammo and oil need to be stockpiled, because units (should) use vastly different ammounts depending on what they are doing (resting, moving, attacking, defending) - forcing nations to build stockpiles in preparation for big battles.

Questions to the developers.
Is it possible to mod the power of nuclear bomb? Make it more or less powerful? Is it possible to make multiple models of nuclear bomb having different blast power?

Well, both the "just in time production" and "massive central stockpile" models have problems. Something in between seems best- perhaps unit stockpiles increasing with planning bonus or something.

... Sweden's greatest enemy covered in nuclear hellfire.

Why aren't you nuking San Petersburg or Moscow, then? I would guess that Russia is more of an enemy, even considering the Kalmar Union and all the rest. At the very least the Russians could put up a fight

Just-in-time simply doesnt work for military products during the wartime, simply because large scale fighting consume ammo and equipment much faster than it can be replaced - even by countries like USA.

That massive supply demand requires nations to create large scale stockpiles. Need to stockpile supplies and fuel also force limits on how far can you advance before need to stop for logistical reasons (+need for maintenance, repair etc.).

Given that Denmark and Sweden is the two countries that have been at most wars with each other of any nations in history ( over twenty times ) they are bound to hate each other just a tiny bit ;)

And having a massive stockpile in your capital also isn't realistic. Given that we know nothing about how supplies are made, the logistics system and the uses for civilian IC in wartime, I wouldn't be shocked by the lack of a central stockpile counter if I were you.

I agree, that having whole stockpile in capital is nonsense - IMO part of it should be in capital, but most should be stockpiled on the borders - available to your troops.
