Germany is not amused that you risk the live of the peaceful people of Kiel and around just to prevent the Denmark Blitz deep into the heart Stockholm. I mean, insta-build the Bismarck would surely be enough. You just had to ask to lend it. But well, guess it works like this either.

That's Military/Shipyards/Civilian factories, not IC.

So 8 factories that can be swapped between military and civilian production, currently 3 and 5 respectively. And 3 shipyards?

It would make more sense to have them displayed:

Military/Civilian - Shipyards

Possibly with Shipyards displayed in a separate box, or with a suitable icon next to it.

There was one with JAP capturing Nanking, having invaded Shanghai area. I don't think that was 1 Jan 1936.

Johan provided weekly DDs for HOI3 vanilla. But podcat and DR provided weekly DDs for TFH:

They did 9 normal DDs and a video diary in two months.

It is worrying that they are unable to just provide some basic information about diplomacy, logistics, combat, paras, amphibious landings, building specialist forces, air aces, forts, digging in, Div planner with different battalions, radar, elite units, river crossings, intelligence, building ships... A couple of screenshots and a brief description.

Not asking much, when they have pointed out they are not as small a company as they were when HOI3 was released. They should employ someone who's job is to do things like DDs if the project lead is too busy to do it. And as this is a "new" game with an aim to appeal to a wider market, there is nothing wrong with covering features which are similar or even identical to HOI3. It's SIX years since HOI3 was being developed and Johan was writing the original DDs. There is nothing wrong with repeating stuff now, that new/recent players may never have seen.

Due to unforeseen circumstances (I need to work on the game) I don't have time to finish writing the diary today, so instead here is a work-in-progress screenshot of Sweden's greatest enemy covered in nuclear hellfire.

Diary will come out next friday and will cover the new national focuses system which is changing up a lot of stuff that we presented in the older diary about politics and goals!

So the project lead has to work at Paradox, what a paradox?

I will look forward to the National Focus system and how it works. How will events help or hinder the goals or trigger after a goal is met? What normally happens when a goal is met? I like good graphics with events (I still want to be able to have animated event images)! Just a few things to think about when you write it up.

we lasted six hours :p So much for being a completely flat tiny land vs the mean german warmachine.

Well the Regiments in Jutland kept on fighting the Germans against impossible odds. If I remember correctly the order of cease fire didn't come until the Luftwaffe threatened to bomb civilian targets. The Danes did take out several armored targets with their locally produced 20 mm cannon which actually sparked German interest. We weren't completely useless :D

Of course we wouldn't have been able to completely stop them but I do believe my grandfather would have give them a fight for their money :happy: He was part of the resistance afterwards and managed to flee from political prisoner camps a few times. Its more than the Swedes did :glare:
