Battle for the Balkans: Note the Transport Capacity drop-down. Not much changed here visually, but a few new Techs will enhance your capacity.
Infrastructure: We are pushing closer to Berlin everyday. Note the data in the Industrial Capacity drop-down. Infra is every bit as important as IC in AoD. Remember that when you acquire territory, you will gain IC through rebuilding, but more often, your overall Infra will go down – that is if you start off with a high Infra country like Germany. In this case, the Russians have much to gain.
