Increased base attrition to act as an upkeep cost for your army. You've talked about it before but currently only mountains, desert and marsh have a static cost for supply.

First of all thanks for creating such fun immsersive title.

As for the future I would be really keen to find out which "minor" countries will be getting some love in terms of NF, Unit names and Portraits in near future. I'm dying to play a few of them such as Spain/Netherlands/China but I've decided to wait until they a bit more fleshed out.

Some abstracted way to represent fuel in this simplified supply system. For example, it could be that armored and motorized battalions as well as ships and planes on missions each had a fuel cost. If the number of these units is too great compared to your oil production (including imports) penalties would ensue.

Lots of stuff comes to mind!

I'll restrict myself to a few ideas.

1. Will there be limited OOB changes (such as adding a corp mechanic)? If so how do you see it working and what issues do you see it addressing?

2. The air war and teleporting planes. Is there any plans or ideas to change how the airwar works such as the addition of defence in depth?

3. Are there plans or ideas or even desires to rethink how fuel is handled in production and the supply system? Are you happy with the supply system in general?

4. Battleplanner. Will you be adding more functionality and user control over how the battleplan system works and adding more commands/depth to it?

5. This is the big one. The one that for me is one of the most important ongoing considerations in Paradox game development. UI and QoL improvements! What plans do you have here? Where do you currently see the biggest problems with the interface and what ideas do you have to improve on them? As an aside I would really, really, really ,really really love it if you could incorporate the clearer unit selection mod and the colourblind mod or your own versions of them!!!!

- a dedicated AI dev diary by @SteelVolt (undoubtedly the most important issue right now, and I think this would interest most people here)
- a dedicated bugfixing dev diary (what do you prioritize? what's being fixed now? what are the trickiest issues to resolve?)
- your thoughts on where the game is now, where you see it going short-medium term, and why you hate ledgers and pop-ups (and by association, all Paradox gamers ever :D)

Using what resources? There's already equipment attrition...

That's precisely what i'm asking Podcat.
The attrition *might* be ok for the army, but it does not touch the navy and pretty much doesn't touch the air force either (the occasional plane crash doesn't make up for being able to maintain your air force in the air every day of the war without cost)
