Any chance you'd be willing to announce when you are going to make the announcement of the next DLC? Or if you'd be willing to announce when you will be announcing when you will be announcing the next DLC?

I can disclose that there will be some kind of reveal before Christmas.

I'm going to assume the reveal you were referring to was the whole coalition thing.

Although the question was asking about the DLC so the assumption was tgat the reveal would be related to the DLC rather than the free patch.

Either way, I'm just looking forward to learning more about the DLC and wish you (and all the other Devs) a Merry Christmas and/or other Holidays

I admit I also thought Birken meant the DLC topic would be announced before Xmas. Now I can see I was allowing my hopes and dreams to cloud my judgement.

Look, we're not on vacation. Writing dev diaries is not the only thing the team does.
And we ARE giving away stuff for free, but if we stopped charging for new dlc altogether, we'd probably wouldn't get to go on vacations either (or always be on vacations depending on your view of unemployment).

I'm sorry, i do love your games and appreciate every aspect, and i don't take any of your hard work for granted. I buy pretty much all DLC right away to be supportive. I used too much salt, excuse me everyone. I like this game too much so I was butthurt at the news of a break. Also, I'm just jealous of how awesome Sweden is, let's be real.

As others have said the clothing and colors make me think Byzantium or other Roman related theme. Of course they already have a Byzantine themed DLC and I don't think they're moving the timeline back again so maybe it's just supposed suggest legal or diplomatic focus for the DLC. Or maybe it's not anything like this and the picture was purposely chosen to lead us down the wrong path.
