Deus Vult - Who is Eystein?

I found this character while parsing through one of my save files. Notice the id and the (birth)date. What is it?

Note also the tag (Rebel), the attributes (straight 0s), and the dna (obviously selected by a human). I vote test character or perhaps required character for the REBE tag.

It's the last thing. Since DV, REBE requires a character as ruler, which is randomly created on start using the norse culture.
And since norse is bugged, this uses the Norwegian namelist.
