Everything looks great so far! Only complaint is that it runs remarkable much slower now than before.. It lags alot and one month takes over 6 seconds on full speed.. Before one month was maybe 2-3 seconds at full speed

If you're unloading your army from ships into an enemy province that has an army in it (so you're fighting right away) you're going to get an amphib penalty as well, doesnt matter if its mainland or island.
Simple solution, unload them into an enemy province that doesnt have an army in it (or has a smaller army that can be defeated easy), then attack the main army.

Try disabling trees and getting the latest drivers for your graphics card. I use NVIDIA and my 7800 had new drivers in Oct which have helped.
