Hi,

1. How many times passengers commute? Can they take 4 lines to go to work?
2. People, in their trip, pay only one ticket per type of transportation?
3. Buses wait in one stop to sync with the other buses in the line, so they don't get all together?

I read the entire manual of the game and I didn't see any of these. This is very important information to plan the routes.

That's why I think it's nice to know the reason why this person is not using my service, like in Traffic Giant. (long waiting time, long trip, bad reputation, high ticket price, etc) There is so much information when you click on a person, so should also show the reason why he/she is not using my service.

1. Passangers can take as many lines they like to get from A to B - BUT only if they think it's faster than driving their own car.
2. I haven't explored this into depth, so my answer is based on others discoveries: they pay per transport mode. Say, a passenger starts the trip to work with a bus, then goes on a tram, and then on the metro. The passenger pays three tickets.

To check that more closely, click a passenger, save the passenger profile so you see a big icon of a face hover over him/her, and follow the route. See closely if they pay for each kind of transport. It's as simple as that, really.

3. Buses have their own "life". They go from stop to stop, whether anyone is getting on or off, it stops. Even on empty stops. If two bus routes share stops, passengers from line 1 will jump off and wait for the bus from line 2. Buses are not timed so they get to the stop at the same time. It depends on the traffic :)
