Destroying Titles Renders Them Impossible to Recreate. (and other bugs)

I have noticed that when I create or otherwise acquire a title and subsequently destroy it that it can no longer be recreated. This is since the release of Monks and Mystics (which I own).

Other bugs I have noticed:

When choosing a ward's education, where you are now given the graphic representations of which childhood traits are a bonus or an encumbrance to the education focus, it erroneously lists idolizer as a negative for stewardship and fails to list indolent as a negative for stewardship.

Also, I created the Fraticelli Papacy and I cannot seem to request crusades against heretics (Catholics). Though the Pope will call crusades against catholics on his own, I cannot request them. I am not sure if this applies both ways because I have yet to investigate it.

Destroyed title recreation => known issue and fixed for upcoming patch

Idolizer childhood trait => known issue and fixed for upcoming patch (I think ? That or the next one anyway)
