What are the chances of destroying a american fleet of offshore surface (aircraft carriers, battle ships, destroyers) ... with German submarines.

The U.S. fleet consists of assuming that about 5 aircraft carriers, 2 battle ships, 7 light cruisers and 10 destroyers.

The Germans have 30 submarines in the order of Karl Dönitz. Submarines type IV, V.

The German naval tech tree is complete. I dont known if is possible change the tree tech.

I ask this because I have been very difficult to destroy American ships ... I have a production of 550 IC (1946), I'm 9 series produced submarines, but if my fleet arrives with an army to fight the enemy of this caliber can lose many submarines. And even with the repairs and new recruits do not give supply to maintain a fleet that reign in the seas.

The United Kingdom dwindled to small islands, the trouble is that even in the Indian Ocean can be found at its powerful fleet.

Thanks...

Sub spam has been known to work amazingly well so long as you catch them at night, and close the distance. Although this late in the war, the other countries will have very good doctrines (much better than yours), so your best bet is either Cruizerg fleets (spamming CA's and CL's + FC) or as others have said TACs or NAVs

The German naval tech tree is complete. I dont known if is possible change the tree tech.

There is an "abandon doctrine" button - check the last tech reasearched tech (i.e. the one with the latest date) and you should find it - though you have to abandon each individual doctrine until you get back the main part of the tech tree where it branches out to the three paths.

EDIT - See here for an example (credit to SBR)
