Just a reminder. As far as I remember, the things that have to be edited before we start are:
- return of Bavaria, Bohemia, The Palatinat and Cologne into Austrian alliance
- The Veneto-Turkish conflict event for Venice

why do those nations need to be returned to the alliance?

Because a war was declared while Austria was AI-controlled and Austian AI didin’t honor the alliance, which human player probably would.
Or something like that...hopefully JohnMK will provide more details.

It looks like there could be some confusion about Ottoman colonial ambitions. So, to avoid all possible conflicts that would surely ruin my weak and pour country:D, when I mentioned “Horn of Africa” as Ottoman sphere of influence in AAR forum, I was referring to: area «between» Nubia, Ethiopia and Zanj, not South Africa (The Cape area).

OOC: today I had a discussion with a colleague of mine that long sentences are not in the “spirit” of English language. Am I right and is the one above long and not clear enough?

Well, if you're weaving a story it's often said that short sentences are more effective at building atmosphere and keeping things moving. From my own reading and writing I think there is a lot of truth to this. I wouldn't get hung up on it though and there was nothing wrong with what you wrote in your last post (sentence wise anyhow :D).

In Austria we tend to construct long sentences which let us sound more important but not suprisingly irritates English native speakers when they try to understand our English.:D

Can't say that I didn't try to be short and clear! ;)

I meant that Croatian language inherited long sentences from German.

Of course, Bulgaria started the scenario as sunni, which is a lapse.
Anyhow, that will be amended upon Russian conquest. ;)

That does it!

Ottoman Empire hereby declares it's readiness to help Papal crusade against evil Russia by preventing her from colonizing Siberian corridor (using the “be_there_first” weapon):D.

Such a thing would surely be troublesome as the Ottoman Empire would have to go through Poland first:D .

Maybe we could reach some kind of compromise here?
Since Siberian corridor is two-province width, Ottoman Empire can have “southern line” and Poland “northern” one:D .
