I don't understand why you think Spain will be shit because of the extra manpower and stuff, but eh...
Well I just think that it would ruin the war of Spanish Succession completely if Spain and Austria is one nation. And it would ruin lots of stuff later on as well.

In other words: If we merge Spain and Austria to the Habsburg Empire, some historical events, like the Spanish succession, will be removed or altered. We're afterall going to play an alternative history, with an united Habsburg Empire.

Hey, England is catholic and France could very well go reformed, the Russian bear will arrive a lot sooner, Venice is a colonial nation, ... It's very different from history but I'd hardly call it ruinous to the game.

By the way, since PJL has quit, we can of course start again at the time of 19:00. Suits robertus better too, since he has to quit at 23:00.
