I think he refers to some catholic HRE league, not the Holy League Spain is leading.

FAL said:Heh. Now you bring this up:
The last beta patch of Paradox incorporated some new cores and manpower boosts for Brandenburg in a few events. The AoI mod lacks these changes.
K'shar asked me to incorporate those for our campaign.
So, unless someone (and I am not meaning Hive here) has a good reason why those beta-patch changes are a bad idea, I will change the events to make them the same as the paradox one.

Tonioz said:Now i understand why Hive told FAL and Daniel: "i`ll watch with pleasure on you as GM". Hive is working very good to be bothered painass and making worse FAL`s life![]()

FAL said:You got it. He really tries to whine, bitch and annoy me as much as possible here!
But I still managed to forgive him.

Hive said:Actually, as much fun as it would probably be, I'm not whining and bitching just to annoy you. I'm doing it because I want the game to be as good as possible - which some of your more odd decisions are obstructing.![]()
FAL said:As for Brandenburg, well there are a few beta patch threads where people could give their opinion about the changes. You know that, for example, the beta straits received a lot of flak, while the BB changes did not. That's a reason I judged them to be allright. Not just because Johan incorporated them.
Hive said:But if you can give me good reasons why this should be included (and I don't count "it was in a beta patch" as a good reason), then I'll stop whining right away.![]()
FAL said:If both England and Sweden stayed in the war, Denmark would lose. Of course, it would cause great damage to their economy, but so it would do to the Danish.
Besides, Sweden being AI allowed Denmark to fight alone against England, which resulted in England quickly signing peace.
Denmark is now doing great, she is one of the more richer nations and Sweden suffered from being AI.
So, I would say Denmark is really lucky Sweden was AI.

juv95hrn said:In the save Denmark can recruit in Copenhagen. It's a fact. I can send you the save if you want to control it yourself.
I guess "luck" is not the word to use for a player being absent by mistake but I agree it must be regarded as an advantage for Denmark.
FAL said:I did not dispute that, it was Tonio! *points to Tonio*
FAL said:I don't think I need to defend each and every paradox change. We play with the beta patch changes anyway, to test them out in multiplayer.
In other words: your mod is your personal pup project, so you need to defend why the changes are not there, not vice versa.
Hive said:I already told you why I didn't include it: it's completely ahistorical and unbalancing.
Now I still await you to tell me why I am wrong, of course.![]()
FAL said:I would like to know why it is unbalancing.
As for ahistorical, I agree about the cores, but the manpower?
