Design Now DLC tram too expensive

Design Now DLC tram. It has worse stats then the Experimental tram in the last DLC pack but costs 200 dollars more. I am just confused on the pricing. It should be closer to 800-900, this near 0% economy type cost.

I'd say the problem is that the marvels tram is ridiculously cheap.
