Yes, here in Europe it's already available. Steam will also release it later on.

I've got a question, is there any reason buying the DLC from somewhere other then Steam(since I have the steam version of the game) that it won't work? Its just adding new files and such right, like the last DLC?

The DLC requires the original game. If you will try buying the DLC from Gamersgate for example, it will tell you you need the original game since they don't have a record of you buying it.
You should buy the DLC in the same place you bought the full game.

Same question here! It has been a few days now and am thinking of buying it through steam.... so at least give us an answer of WHEN and IF we are gonna receive the PM from Susana. It's only fair that we know what to do...

I sent a reminder to Susana to take care of this asap. I'm sorry you haven't received the Design Marvels yet. I promise I'll harass them as long as it's needed
