1st off, I'm really enjoying DH!
Now, my question on decision is this: Is there a list of events somewhere that we can use to help us? For example, I don't want to waste resources as Germany trying to get Italy/ Japan to join me if there's an event that will let me choose to do it.
Also, I had a decision come up after conquering Poland, Case Yellow I believe, where I could invade the low countries. I wasn't ready at the time but now I am and the decision is gone. How can I make it come back and does it really matter?

, i just had "italy joins our alliance" window). im at 1942 and japan is at war with allies, but not allied with me, and i guess it will stay that way, as irl they didnt go to war with SU.
