I tried to make these 3 events for my campaing. I use Kaiserreich. I wrote the name of this file into eventskaiserreich.txt, I checked if the name was misspelled. I looked into map id for the id of provinces. I waited one day in-game. IDs have been told me to be free from 500000 to 500010

The decision (first event) does not appear.
I would also like to know if my other two events are well written. This is my first attempt.

EDIT: Just seen that I missed double commas (" ") in the line describing the picture. Going to test it now

EDIT 2: I tested again. While my previous savegame runs, if I try a new game, it just crashes. It looks like that there is something wrong

FINAL EDIT: I solved by myself by putting the event in the file "Italian empire.txt" and it runs perfectly. Now I would like to know why with the custom file it did not load properly :/

So I tinkered with something and made my ai bad, before German Ai was good at dealing with two fronts but now it is bad as it sends half of the force to the Eastern front. how do you make it disregard that front and instead concentrate everything that it has already in the west one the Western front.

So I tinkered with something and made my ai bad, before German Ai was good at dealing with two fronts but now it is bad as it sends half of the force to the Eastern front. how do you make it disregard that front and instead concentrate everything that it has already in the west one the Western front.

Please look at the AI Files Modifiers.txt file as it is fairly self-explanatory.

Can you not just go back to the old ai file and use that?
Maybe set up a separate ai file for East and West ?

For countries I want to ignore.... country_priorities, set FRA = -1, will ignore FRA.
For provinces I want to ignore... ignore = 1123, it will ignore 1123.
For specific provinces I want to attack, province_priorities = 527 = 50, 1123 = -1, attack 527, ignore 1123.

etc.

EDIT: if you just use the default.ai, it is good. So not using any ai file in particular, it will default to the default.ai file.

EDIT 2; Remember only put into a switch ai file, what you need it to do now. Leave out everything else, as using the switch ai file, just gets it to read THAT file now, it will carry on using the settings in the previous ai country file anyway.

Look at some of the dh ai files and you'll see what I mean. Some files are only a couple of lines.

FINAL EDIT: I solved by myself by putting the event in the file "Italian empire.txt" and it runs perfectly. Now I would like to know why with the custom file it did not load properly :/

A possible explanation could be that added event files work only in newly started games as this information is saved into the savegame file (you can add it by yourself there too) and is loaded from there on game load.

In the end it's just a computer language (I used to program in C last semester)

It's indeed possible:
