Rules
1. General Stuff.
a) No nation is allowed to DOW Spain till Jan. 1941.
b) Forbidden to DOW any nations before Danzig event
except the event-based aggressions.
c) No unnatural alliances, like comintern France or Allied Japan.
d) Forbidden to sell VP provinces to your allies to prevent their
annexation. This means that you are allowed to sell provinces
only adjacent to the country acquiring them. No matter it is
in Europe or any other continent.
e) No 'phoney-wars'.
f) No nuclear weapons. But nuclear reactors allowed.
g) Couping human-controlled nations is forbidden.
h) Forbidden to trade units between major nations, namely
USSR, UK, France, USA, China, Poland, Germany, Italy, Japan,
Spain.
i) Forbidden to abandon Land docs.
j) Strat. redeployment from frontlines forbidden.
k) Forbidden to use lag for sending multiple spies.
l) A human-controlled nation may switch to another coalition
only if it becomes a puppet of that coalition.
m) A human-controlled nation becomes a puppet only if all
VP provinces are lost.
n) Substitution is allowed but it's highly recommended
that a permanent player finds and assigns a sub for him.
o) Everything, what is not directly forbidden, is allowed.
2. Stack limits
a) Urban capitals limit - 48 land units.
b) We don't need amphibious assault limit because the
Germans have coastal forts efficiency - 150 %.
All other nations have - 100 %.
3. USA is allowed to join Allies/DOW when:
a) Jan. 1942
b) Immediately after Britain invaded.
c) Immediately after any invasion of a neutral American country.
d) Immediately after any 2 key Soviet cities are taken or
surrounded (Leningrad, Moscow, Stalingrad).
e) 3 months after Japan joins Axis or DOW Allies/SU.
4. USSR.
a) USSR must choose the historical option in MR pact and
honor it.
b) USSR may aggress Finland when the corresponding event fires.
c) USSR may not aggress any nation before Jan.1, 1941 except
Finland and the 3 Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and lithuania).
d) In case if Poland in Axis or the 3 Baltic States, Finland, Sweden
Romania, Turkey, Persia or Afghanistan are attacked USSR may
intervene immediately and declare war on the aggressor.
e) USSR may not aggress Japan before fall of Berlin.
f) USSR must accept Bitter Peace if offered.
5. Germany.
a) Germany may invite Italy to join Axis any time.
b) Once joined Axis Italy may not leave the alliance with Germany.
6. France
a) Human France must accept Vichy if offered.
b) France is not allowed to 'liberate' any nation till Jan.1, 1941.
c) We don't need land forts limit because the land forts efficiency (Finland is an exception) is 80% instead of 100%.
d) Human France may not send exp. forces to other nations before Vichy
event.
7. China&Japan
a) Japan may join Axis or declare war on Allies/SU after April 30, 1941.
b) Nat. China and the Chinese warlords may join Allies as soon as Japan at war with Allies or Comintern.
8. The Balkans
a) Human Yugoslavia may not join any coalition unless under attack.
