Question: does France have any colonial possessions? It's hard to tell from the screenies. If you were to go after Skane, it couldn't hurt to add a little to New Denmark... 
I can't really remember if France has much, if they do it is far to the North around Quebec though. Denmark and Sweden have the greatest around of North American territory that I could find, with England coming in a third. I tried to take Roanoke in a war, but they wouldn't give it up :/

If that's the case, then we need to find a way to grab the east coast provinces of North America away from their current tenants (which appear to be Sweden, England, and Genoa), since that's where the tobacco grows.
