It would be nice if it were associated with "Democracy" - such a political element (maybe even fictitious elections?), You have a greater impact on the development and management of the capital and its cities, municipalities, etc. The creation an addon of government would add more depth to the game, e.g. with the possibility of building municipal government (its structures), along with numerous government buildings, e.g. parliament and ministries, the mayor's seat, municipal departments, etc. The addon could go a step further and allow the resulting districts to be given the status of the capital (as the main center, with the possibility of setting its borders), cities and little towns within one large map (9 tiles). These cities could cooperate with each other, giving greater significance to our capital, or focusing on joint trade between its main center and other cities on the map, further strengthening some local cities, or affecting their competitiveness at all, e.g. in industry, agriculture, commercial services and more. In addition, it would be good to build a society based on social loss, e.g. the poor class, the middle class and the wealthy class. It's a cool feeling to have an impact on the development of the city, while seeing this fruit, in the form of satisfaction or not - the inhabitants of your capital, and even the entire region ... Maybe in the near future there would someday be an opportunity to release such a dlc ... ??. ... I would be happy..
