Demo runs on my Laptop

the demo runs on my laptop!! . EU3 never did .........so I was hoping the released version would run too.

Does anyone have any idea if the released game will have the same requirements as the demo?.

As far as I know there were no changes to the graphics for the demo, although I will duoble check on Monday.

Icecold, it would be hugely more useful if you told people what your laptop was, especially what video chipset it has.

Compared to EU3 NA, Rome runs nicely on my laptop which has integrated ATI X200, 2GB DDR333, Turion64 2.4Ghz. Well done Paradox.

I have a Core 2 Duo laptop running an ATI x1600 graphics card and 2GBs of RAM. EU3 ran pretty well if there was not tons of battles going on. The Rome demo seems to run flawlessly, better than EU3.

And I can confirm that it runs well on a similar, but inferior, laptop:

Core 2 Duo
ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 (rather than your X1600)
1GB of RAM (rather than your 2)

Let's swap laptops, Steezus. :'(

Actually, this runs fine, though bit laggy at times, even on my Pentium M 1,7Ghz, 512 RAM, Mobility Radeon X300 laptop.
