Couple of trifling things:
In scenario setup in 1492, Hansa is ruled by No Ruler.
Henry VII of England's heir should be Arthur not Henry the VIII-to-come.

It would be helpful if you see what the HRE reforms do when you're not the Emperor. I was playing as Bohemia and the tooltip that comes up when you mouse over the checkmark for the reform just says "you are not the emperor."
Later, Austria called for a vote on the first one, but the pop-up didn't say what it did. Only later did I find in my modifiers that the reform gave me -2% tech cost and something else.

Waited 20 minutes for game to load - old bug with nvidia notebook cards is still there. Started as Hansa. Clicked history button. Crash to desktop. Will try another day.
I actually also crashed to desktop after clicking the history button after starting as hansa.
That thing is caused by an imperial reform as the emperor. Even if you play the emperor, you only get to see what you reform does after you click it in a separate pop-up. So, also very inconvenient.
In my game as Austria, on the second last reform (the one that makes all HRE states into vassals) all of the member states left HRE and declared war on me. I was in 30+ wars at the same time and infamy rose from 0 to 52 :rofl:
With no re-load option, I had no choise but to rage-quit.

:'( the demo crashed when i had finished my preparations to attack the emperor with obscure documents CB 
i had inherited england , still britanny in PU , a few colonies inherited from england + my conquest of maya
in italy venice had most of northern italy , then handed it over to me (excommunicated)
i had like 3.60 magistrates a year , always 100% culture tradition , prestige always high (the decision is bugged , it isn't 45% to have +5 prestige , but 100% )
edit : the first war against the emperor , with 5 armies totalizing 100k soldiers , + allies :d
they really thought i would accept that? c'mon , 36 infamy and i would exceed the limit , even if i had none before
also claming my core in lombardia , in a separated war (free stab or BB to make them , but you can't dow a vassal or an ally to dodge some nasty alliances)

I tested that option immediately at the start of the game, using the imperial authority cheat, and then most of them actually joined. I believe I only had 6 wars. Not sure what the dependent variables are here. Was there any score very extreme? Legitimacy? Infamy? Prestige?
Holy shit, that is hilarious. Congrats on winning all of those wars, btw (as I assume you did). Oh god...too funny
No extremes, no. Does the imperial authority score matter tho? I reformed as soon as I got 30% maybe that effects it?
Possibly. I'm sure anymore what my imperial authority was when I tested it. I needed more than than one cheat to achieve that amount of IA.
Mouseover the name of the reforms rather than the button
Edit: This also works for non-emperors.
Minimap works fine for me
Someone else reported this though, does the minimap work if you close the log?

This was my first game:
So, how did I actually manage to lose as Castille, while leading personal union with France? It's simple - I paused and pushed Alt-Tab. After half an hour I came back only to see that the game was unpaused for all this time. Yeah. I've got hundreds of popups (after 10 minutes of clicking "ok" in every little popup, I just pressed enter to get rid of the rest. It was a LOT). After about 20 of doing absolutely nothing this was the result. As to be expected, probably, but pretty devastating anyway.
But it was fun as long as I played. Great expansion!
BTW - can somebody try to pause the game, push Alt-tab and check if the game unpauses? It did for me every time I tried, but it would be nice to get it confirmed from someone else too

I liked the experience of my brief acquaintance with the demo - the game feels very busy compared to vanilla NI
The only two things I can remark on right now:
- the money from advisors seem a bit... free, though logical (you pay money for advisors, why not to get paid for them too?)
- I'd like to see a notifier about CBs which are about to expire, and what Cbs I currently have (similar to "weak legitimacy" notifier and tooltip).
