I only got to play about 15-20 year but heres what I seen....

Advisor are MUCH better, you can actually get decent ones now without having to play the game on slow speed to wait for one to pop up for that split second. This saves a lot of time for me, as I play on the fastest speed while not at war.

Peace Deal are much easier to work with. As every deal I seen tells you exactally what you can expect to gain as far as BB and Prestige. I'm sure this will come in very handy when your worried about your Infamy
-----

Seems that there are to many peace deals that end with someone being in a personal union with others. Only time will tell how this will play out over the long run, but in the short time I played it ended up with a lot of counties inheriting another. So I'm afraid this will make blobs everywhere

Just some quick things I noticed and remembered while playing a few hours ago.

Things I wonder:

Why do I get money all the time for advisors?
They buy them from my pool?

Is the diploannex province limit still in place?
It used to be 3 or 4 IIRC?

Ottoman sends constantly fleet of 4 galleys to me (I'm Castille).
And each time they get crushed. This repeats over 10 times. (No other war activity). Probably some quirk in the AI programming?

That's about it. I'm enjoying this demo immensely. :)

It runs better, looks better, and in so many, many ways is better than EU3 and its expansions before it. Great job, Paradox! If I have ONE very minor quibble, though, it is the fact that uniting the Holy Roman Empire ... results in a feudal monarchy? Surely, it ought to be an imperial government!

Yes, you are paid when another nation hires away your advisors.

Not sure if it's still there, I thought the limit was 5 though.

What is your fleet doing? Sometimes if you keep it in port the AI doesn't seem to worry about it and sends out small fleets to blockade you, which is rather silly of it.

The new CB system was just :D, amazed at the improvement it makes in the game.

The new Heir system was also quite good as I was quite worried when little Henry died and replaced with a weak heir the legitimacy being low took a while to restore.

Also the small UI changes just felt good as well.

Initial impression - tradewind aren't as useful as I had hoped, it's STILL friggin easier to reach Newfoundland than anywhere else in the Americas from Europe.

Meaning Castille and Portugal are still as likely as not to start their colonial encroachment that way. Gah.

Something rather odd happened, at least I think it was, maybe not.

I'm running along happily smacking around Saxony for having the audacity to try and claim the Bohemian throne when I, King Henry of England, have already done so. All of the sudden, I get a message that my ally Lithuania needs help against the Ottomans whom I've already warned. Shortly thereafter I get the same message this time with Muscovy attacking Lithuania.

I wasn't allied with Lithuania, I never guaranteed Lithuania, and I never bothered to warn either.

*shrug*

OOOOOHHHHH! Wait, I made meself DoF, could that be it?
