Now we have two mechanism, where country can get "mission from some group". Debates in parlament and agendas from diet. Country can get X if central power make Y. But third form of "representation of interest groups" have... nothing. Therefore current eg. merchant republics are very unprofitable and mechanics unpopular to extend to other governments. Generally faction mechanism is one of many outdated mechanic.

So what?

Any similar mechanism of quasi-missions from factions.

Ofc, the best would be great rework of this mechanism, but I think that faster we get EU5 than rework of this :D

I think, that also "demands for factions" should be possible
