I'd love to see the ability to demand any territory on the map. If the SU feels that Alaska was unfairly sold to the Capitalist Warmongers of the USA then they should be able to demand the territory be relinquished to the Valiant People of the USSR. Whether this works or not is a different story, but something in place to make it more likely would be cool aswell ie a large military/naval force along a disputed border or the threat of a large alliance backing up the claim.
