I was wondering something. When you want to make peace with an enemy, you can ask for an amount of 25 ducats or any multiple of 25 (50, 75, 100 etc.). The AI, however, can offer/demand as many ducats as he wishes. I commonly occupy the capital and only province og an OPM, they offer me a sum like 16 ducats, I refuse, willing to accept the offer at a later time, and can't take any ducats from them, because they have less than 25. The same thing applies when they offer 47 ducats. Between 25 and 50 means at most 25?!

Now that's my question: is there any way to demand/offer a custom amount of ducats (different than a multiple or 25)?

I am playing in Divine Wind 5.1 (or 5.2, whichever is the latest version). Default mod. Maybe there is a mod where that is available, if not in the original mod of the game?

They offer or demand all the money they or you have. When you try to ask for money they have counter automatically sets to how money they have.

Only sometimes. I've had plenty of deals offered that were for some variably-sized fraction of my treasury.

It happened to me that the Ai requested a... random amount of ducats... like demanding 278 ducats out of 500. They don't only request all your money.

Y'all know what I really mean. They request whatever amount they want, while the human players can only request/offer 25, 50, 75, 100 etc. ducats.

If you use right click to request a by multiples of 100 you can end up requesting 92 or so, depending on how much money they have. Now if for some reason you don't want all their money (maybe takes warscore too high), you can decrease it by 25, giving you 67. I find this a convenient way to squeeze every bit of warscore out of an enemy.

As far as custom amounts go, no you cannot ask for a specific amount of ducats, but you can ask for ducats that aren't a multiple of 25.

And if they have less than 25 ducats, you can't ask for any at all.

Thank you for your answers. They made things quite clear.
