Demand unlawful territory problem

When I try to demand a territory from my ally I get thrown back to the diplomacy screen when I click the desired province.
The little, green "check" is there which indicates that they would be willing to give it back.

This seems to only affect provinces which they have a claim on, I can demand provinces that they don't have a claim on. When I have demanded all they don't have claims on the above mentioned problem occurs, with the green "check" still

Is this a bug? Is someone else experiencing it?

Thanks for the quick answer. What an annoying bug, especially now when I'm going for revoking the privilegia in the 1470's before it gets patched.
