Patch 13.0, there is a glitch in the game where the AI can demand unlawful territory more than twice, say if I took Wurrtemburg and Ulm in a war, AI emperor demands I return Wurrtemburg, okay fine I refuse. But the issue is that its only supposed to demand one of them, so when I save the game, and decide to come and continue my campaign, the game thinks that it didn't demand unlawful territory in the previous session so it now demands unlawful territory again, this time with Ulm.

I've only found this to happen if you decide to take a break from the game and then come back to continue your session while your provinces are still being cored. If you want I can show you a screenshot when this happens again.

Aren't you supposed to be able to do this? Do you get Unlawful Territory on both provinces in the first demand?

In previous patches the AI could do this, but because unlawful territory relationship modifier stacked up horribly (and went down in one of the slowest rates in the game). They changed it to one unlawful demand per one war, so if you took two proviences in a war, the AI is only supposed to demand unlawful territory from you once, it bugs out when you save the game and decide to go back and continue your campaign or when the current emperor asks for unlawful territory, that emperor dies and a new one is replaced with a different country, and that country asks for unlawful territory on the other provinces.
