When demanding tribute at peace offers, how can I demand provinces to my allies. I have seen when AI does that.

Just thinking about it now, it may have been left out so that you couldn't destroy an ally by giving them enough land to cause badboy wars. Man, that would be sweet... 
Well, you can. Just demand the land you want for your ally and then give it to them in a negotiation (or ask some money for it if your truely nasty )

Do they? I certainly know you improve your relations with the country you 'give' the offers too (if your not demanding too much in return)
