Delivery Truck Ideas?

To avoid getting B*tch slapped again ........... I created a new thread

Delivery issue potential (future) solutions:

Delivery Truck only roads: allow them to be elevated or in tunnels? They travel at 100+ MPH and can carry more weight so they can fill multiple (more) commercial buildings in a single day/week/time than they do now.

Then an upgrade/unlock to................
Underground Mag Lev: for the delivery of goods. An automated train like delivery system (set up like the current subway system the game already has) that does not need to slow down or stop to deliver goods and travels at 100+ MPH.

Then an upgrade/unlock to..............
Drones: I know this is a SC thing but if it will work then why not? Have them fly at multiple heights. Level one commercial buildings are filled by drones that fly just above the tops of trucks. Level two commercial buildings are filled by drones that fly a little bit higher than lvl 1 building drones do (to avoid drone traffic) level 3 commercial buildings are filled by drones that fly even higher in the air (and fill the commercial building on higher floor of the building) and so on. This will avoid drone traffic as they will be flying at different heights while (potentially) on the same streets.

Then an upgrade/unlock to.................
Teleportation like in Star Trek. Where by goods are teleported from industry buildings to commercial buildings instantly

Teleportation definitely is too much soft SciFi for my tastes

I would just scale back the amount of trucks, perhaps allow trucks to make more deliveries so there are less on the road. I understand the need for industry to have more vehicles on the road but its just too damn much.
