"Delivery Blocked" what is is and how do I get rid of it?

I've noticed that some of my overseas states as the UK are not sending me its resources. The number has turned red and the left numeral has turned into a zero. Might be a bug, haven't had this problem before. What is it and how do I change it so that I can collect those resources?

Have you run out of convoys?

Nope, got plenty of convoys. Tried increasing the infrastructure and naval bases, didn't have an affect.

This tends to happen when you lose control of the Meditterenean, the trade routes through the Suez become closed and have to divert round the horn of Africa. For it to be blocked, the enemy must have a fleet raiding your trade convoys somwhere on the route.

Oh god why. Not even the AI produces that level of bordergore.

There is no port for them to be shipped to you.

Actually that territory was all that was left for me by the AI from the peace conference. Also
I'm still fully allied with Yugoslavia among others, plus factories here are reinforcing divisions in the pacific with new equipment. So respectfully no, it isn't because I'm land-locked.

Yes of course, I own Hungary (light purple) in the picture above. I share numerous land borders with allies that have sea access via ports.

Factories don't need a connection to your capital to work (because there is no actual connection between the on map factories and a specific production line), getting resources from the state does. Allied territory can be used to ship 'supplies' through, it can't be used to ship resources.
So respectfully yes, it is because Hungary is landlocked.

You could always create a bug report if you want, it does seem reasonable that you would be able to ship things through a neutral/friendly port.

It is totally reasonable!

I noticed as well that land units weren't able to find a "valid path" even though I was then able to "force" them through by manually getting them to an allied Greek port...

Hello guys,

I know I'm digging a very old thread up there, but I encounter the same problem as OP and in an even weirder manner :
As China, I'm fighting and conquerring through Mandchuria and I took the state of Mukden since about a week.

Does anyone have an idea on those screenshots ?

Notes : Yes I have 0 spare convoy but we're talking about aland path ! I still tried to change the Corean sea rule of path from "red" to "yellow", waited nes day to start, but no success. Also I tried to just restart the game and wait for new day to start, same.

After further investigations due to new interpretation ideas, I now can say it's due to me not controlling 1 state on the path, so that the game actually wants to deliver the resources by sea. So the rule is that you have to control the states the delivering path is supposed to go through.
