Delay after Justifying War Goal

Is there a set deadline between the time your "justify war goal" completes and the time it expires? In my current game, I want to justify now because I'm in a war that's about to end, which means justifying now will complete in 25 days, while waiting til after my current war ends will mean waiting 125 days instead. But my spies are completing a "prepare for collaborative government" mission that won't finish until about 48 days, and I'm worried that time will expire if I justify right now. Help!

I think the usual time limit to use a manually justified war goal is 60 days. Goals you get from focuses usually lost much longer, sometimes as long as 2 years.
