If Austria happens to force a personal union over Bohemia in the timeframe that the Defenestration event is possible, and the other requirements are met, the event fires pretty much immediately after the war is won, leaving Austria with a long delay before they can feasibly respond. Needless to say, this is not at all ideal. Either the event should not be available during a truce, or it should require the union to have been stable for a decent length of time. I'd be inclined to favour the former.
