Defeat?

Hello, I've been looking at HoI3 for a while now, but I was concerned it would've been too much for me to handle.
Therefore I haven't played it myself, I personally only own CK2 and EUIV. (Don't know why it doesn't show.)

It's obvious that nations are gonna get taken down, for example, Germany invades the player, in this case Poland.
Germany eventually wins, is this an instant game over? I for one, would love somekind of government-in-exile system.
For example the ability to broadcast and encourage open resistance to undermine occupation.

Honestly, I probably didn't do enough research, but I just wanted to know.

There are governments in exile in HoI3 which will no doubt also be in HoI4.
They end when all the great powers in the faction are defeated.

There is a system for this in Hearts of Iron 3 already, so I see no reason why it shouldn't be around in HoI IV.

I certainly hope so. Equally I hope that multiple, competing GiEs are possible this time round.
