CK2 has an utterly idiotic and insane default setting for victory/defeat windows. It shoves them in your face, sometimes several at once, blocking the main section of the map when you're likely at war. BUT THEY DO NOT PAUSE THE GAME. So you're frantically trying to move troops around during a tense war where time is of the essence, and suddenly you wind up dragging a freshly-spawned window around instead of selecting troops, costing precious time. Eventually you have to dig around to find the setting to make them pause the game, and then enable that for a ton of individual battle window types and hope it works properly. Spoiler alert: It doesn't always work properly. Why has this always been the default?

Is it just me or do they not pause the game even if you set them to?
