Is there a way to set up dedicated servers for HOI4?

Nah. Only player hosted multiplayer, there are no purpose to host dedicated hoi4 servers other than for lag purposes. Which in general you don't even need since the game is slow paced that the network can follow up.(Except if you have 1 mb/s up/down which i may ask, why the fuck do you have that).

should work if you have a key, just host it in obs mode and let people join.
